SBI Foundation proposes to recruit an adaptable and dynamic individual for the role of Program Associate to work with its Gram Seva team to assist the team in the overall management of the rural development and other projects.

Eligibility
- Post-Graduate Degree with minimum 1-2 years experience in the development sector or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years experience in rural development
- Preference will be given to candidates who also have experience of grassroots level work in rural development

- Self-motivated, energetic with leadership capabilities for driving the change through NGOs
- Should be a team player and ready to assess priorities & work in fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills – communication/Writing skills, networking with stakeholders
